1. Identification: A valid passport or national ID card must be presented at the time of rental.

2. Payment Methods: Bengal Rent-A-Car accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and in some cases, cash payments. Full payment is usually required at the time of rental.

3. Geographical Restrictions: Vehicles are generally not allowed to be driven outside of Dhaka without prior written consent from Bengal Rent-A-Car.

4. Prohibited Uses: Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving (unless specified), racing, or towing other vehicles.

5. Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional insurance options, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), are available for purchase.

6. Fuel: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level. A refueling fee may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are usually free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a penalty fee.

8. Modifications: Any modifications to the rental agreement, such as extending the rental period, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

9. Return Time: Vehicles should be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may result in additional charges.
